Yamaton Paper for me is first and foremost a group of great people, that together, we managed to build a workplace that we are proud of and that makes us happy to come to work and meet our co-workers. In addition to all that, we are operating in a developing and dynamic market that presents us with many challenges day-by-day. But when you are part of a group of great people, you know that together we can go far.

I like being part of the Yamaton team because I get to work with my great colleagues every day to help our customers operate more sustainably. With our products we create solutions for the challenges of our customers and that with natural and resource-saving materials.

I am proud to be part of such a great team. After being with the company for many years, I can say that I feel at home here. The interpersonal atmosphere motivates me every day anew, I feel valued and supported. I have been able to steadily expand my skills here and now have the trusting task of taking care of the finances and accounting.

It gives me great pleasure to be there for my colleagues at eye level, to take their concerns seriously and to shape the working world together. For each individual and for us together. Developing potential, supporting exciting projects or simply listening – the people here are very close to my heart. Especially because they give me a lot back through their trust. There is also no shortage of laughter here – after all, we spend a large part of our lives with colleagues around us.

I like being part of the Yamaton team because you are not just a number among many, there is a family atmosphere here and you know everyone personally. The topics of paper/cardboard and sustainability are incredibly exciting and it is surprising every time what ideas the customers have about what you can do and get out of this medium. What is more, I do not just earn my bread and butter here, but can also make the world a little more sustainable.

I like being a part of the Yamaton team because I appreciate working in a community where I can contribute my skills and ideas and because I care about seeing what I make a difference with my work. I appreciate companies that are committed to environmentally friendly products because I believe we all have a responsibility to the environment and I like to do my part. The opportunity that the company has given me for several years to constantly develop and advance my career is another important factor for me.

I love being a part of the Yamaton team because I enjoy growing together with our customers. It is always an exciting journey to package products more sustainably. I always say, "There are only three components, but there are so many ways to find solutions." I have already been taking care of our customers' concerns and wishes in customer service since 2016 – and I do this with pleasure and a lot of commitment.

Good design and the implementation of it is very important nowadays and I think, especially in the corporate world, it is impossible to imagine life without it. Developing Yamaton's corporate design and implementing it (step by step) gives me a lot of pleasure – I grow with my tasks and challenges every day. The fact that I can realize myself in a great team and in a company whose vision and products I also personally stand behind, makes me even more happy.
