The die-cutting machines are used to produce stable protective packaging from paper honeycomb boards to customer dimensions.
The respective tools for the cutting dies are specially manufactured to customer specifications and remain the property of the customer. We maintain, service, repair and insure the tools we store for you for a small flat-rate tool maintenance fee.
Thanks to their versatility, our packaging is used in numerous areas. Even furniture and furniture parts can be safely packed and transported.

How to create your customised die-cutting product
As with all our product solutions, the process begins with a personal dialogue. Together, we analyse your requirements and discuss the optimum material and design options.
Either we create a technical drawing based on your specifications or you provide us with a finished design. In the next step, we create a precise mould drawing that you receive for approval.
Only after your ‘go’ does the production of the punching tool begin. Initial samples are then produced. You check these samples for fit and function – finally, you approve them for series production.
After your approval, we start production of the complete order – reliably, efficiently and in the usual high quality. After completion, we dispatch the goods or make them available for collection – whatever suits you best.

Stepped punching for functional compartments
A particular advantage of our punching technology is the ability to create multi-stage indentations without cutting through the material completely. Targeted pressing down creates contour-accurate compartments that are precisely tailored to your products – ideal as an environmentally friendly alternative to EPS or other plastic solutions. Pre-pressed paper honeycomb panels (Yama Soft) can also be punched without any problems, providing additional functionality while at the same time protecting the material.

Our die-cut parts are manufactured from our paper honeycomb panels and therefore offer all possibilities in terms of material combinations. Whether testliner, kraftliner, grey cardboard or SK (special cardboard) board – combined with variable cell widths – we adapt the design exactly to your requirements. We focus on your individual requirements: whether form, function or stability – our die-cutting solutions are customised to integrate seamlessly into your packaging concepts.

The tool is customised for your product and remains your property. We store it safely and ready for use so that it can be used for follow-up orders at any time – at no additional cost.
The maximum size for our die-cutting products is 1970 x 1470 mm with a material height of up to 80 mm. This means that even large-format and voluminous packaging solutions can be realised with precision.
Yes, our Yama Soft Boards – the pre-pressed paper honeycomb panels – are also ideal for die-cutting. They can be processed precisely and therefore enable particularly versatile applications, e.g. as dimensionally stable compartments or protective elements.
