Paper honeycomb pallets
Our pallets are the ideal basis for the transport of your products. The advantages in terms of daily handling will fully convince you. The stable, lightweight pallets will enable you to operate more sustainably, especially in the disposable sector. Our paper pallets are available in two versions: ‘Light’ or ‘Heavy’. In addition to the shape and size, we can also customize the stability. Together we will find the right pallet for your application.
In cooperation with an accredited test laboratory, we tested our standard pallet for you referring to DIN EN ISO 8611. You can easily load this pallet statically with up to 500 kg of your products with an almost flat load. The load limit can be increased or reduced by adjusting the choice of raw materials. The compressive strength and bending stiffness can be modified via the grammage and cell size of our honeycomb and the choice of liner.
Our range of liners extends from TL 150 and kraftliner to special cardboard with 750 g/m². The compressive strength of the pallet is determined according to the selected cell widths of 8 – 45 mm. As a more robust variant of the runners, we offer our sleeve skids made of wrapped kraft paper.

Our paper honeycomb pallets are available as 2-way or 4-way versions and can therefore be optimally integrated into different logistics systems. Thanks to their low weight, they are particularly easy to handle, reduce transport costs and can be disposed of easily and in an environmentally friendly manner after use – fully recyclable as 100% paper & water-soluble glue.

Each pallet is customised to the individual dimensions of your goods – without overhang, for optimum product protection, stable support and more efficient use of space in the truck or container. The combination of different board thicknesses and customised feet or skids enables perfect adaptation to the weight, shape and requirements of your load.

Our paper honeycomb pallets can bear static and surface loads of up to 500 kg – depending on the design, material combination and operating environment. For point loads or dynamic applications, we will advise you individually.
The load-bearing capacity is largely determined by the cell width of the honeycomb core and the selected combination of cover material and feet. The smaller the cell structure, the greater the stability – ideal for heavy or sensitive goods.
Yes, we will be happy to provide you with a sample so that you can test the load-bearing capacity under real conditions. This way you can be sure that the pallet is exactly right for your application.
In combination with edge protection profiles and a top deck, our pallets can be easily secured with strapping. This provides additional stability during storage and transport.
Pallet exchange is not possible as these are individual one-way pallets. We also do not exchange them for EURO pallets. Our pallets are particularly light, recyclable and specially designed for single use.
