Efficient packaging with Cookie Cut
From a material height of 25 mm, we also offer blanks using the practical cookie cut method. With this technique, the material is not completely cut through – the individual parts remain connected to each other by fine webs. The big advantage: the cut parts can be stacked to save space and optimally arranged on pallets, which reduces storage and transport costs. At the customer’s premises, the individual parts can be separated from each other simply by folding – quickly, cleanly and without tools. This method is particularly practical for automated production processes or high throughput, as it noticeably simplifies both handling and logistics.
Cuts with self-adhesive function – quick and flexible to use
On request, we can supply our cut-to-size paper honeycomb panels as practical self-adhesive elements. This makes them much easier to use: all you have to do is remove the backing paper and the blanks can be attached quickly and securely.
Ideal as a spacer, intermediate layer, padding or for many other applications – the self-adhesive version saves time, reduces installation work and ensures clean, reliable fixing without additional aids.

Testliner, kraftliner, grey cardboard and SK (special cardboard) board are available depending on your requirements. The cell width of the honeycomb can also be customised – for exactly the stability your product needs.
Our boards are available in various dimensions, heights and strengths and are customised precisely to your application. This gives you a customised product with optimum benefits.
The cell width of the honeycomb core (cores) has a decisive influence on the compressive strength and stability of our blanks. Basically, the smaller the cell width, the higher the strength of the material – ideal for applications with high loads. Larger cell widths, on the other hand, ensure a lower weight and are particularly economical for areas subject to less stress.

Yes, we can provide our cut-to-size panels with a self-adhesive backing on request. The elements are provided with a backing paper that can be removed easily and without leaving any residue – for quick, clean application directly at the customer’s premises.
