Efficient packaging – thanks to a double cut for easy separation
For material thicknesses of 20 mm or more, we offer cuts using a practical double-cut technique. With this method, the material is not fully separated – the individual parts remain connected by fine bridges.
The key advantage: the cut pieces can be stacked compactly and arranged efficiently on pallets, reducing storage and transportation costs. At the customer’s site, the individual parts can be easily separated by bending – quickly, cleanly, and without the need for tools.
This method is particularly beneficial for automated production processes or high-throughput operations, as it significantly simplifies both handling and logistics.
Cuts with self-adhesive function – quick and flexible to use
On request, we can supply our cut-to-size paper honeycomb panels as practical self-adhesive elements. This makes them much easier to use: all you have to do is remove the backing paper and the blanks can be attached quickly and securely.
Ideal as a spacer, intermediate layer, padding or for many other applications – the self-adhesive version saves time, reduces installation work and ensures clean, reliable fixing without additional aids.
